Everything in one workspace
Most music services sell you a single pitch and keep the contact. We hand you the contact list, the mailbox that sends, the verifier that checks it and the API that automates it — in one monthly plan.
13 categories of radio and TV, music press and bloggers, playlist curators, labels and distributors, management and booking, podcasts, DJs and producers, and general press. Pick them inside campaign setup and email them directly.
Syntax, domain mail routing and known disposable domains, checked before a contact enters a campaign. Invalid and unresolved addresses are held out. Your verification allowance matches your email allowance.
A managed, health-checked domain mailbox is assigned automatically and replaced if it stops working. No SMTP server, no domain authentication, no mailbox bill.
Get a first draft shaped around your artist, release and selected audience, then review and personalise every message before it sends.
Create paused drafts, review launch details, track sent, opens, clicks and replies, and keep every answer organised in one place.
Account-scoped API keys and HMAC-signed webhook events for campaigns, imports and replies. Automate your release workflow from your own tools on App, Agency and Enterprise plans.
Connect your own IMAP mailbox and read what comes back inside the portal. The relationship stays yours — not mediated by a marketplace.
The sending pool is monitored continuously; a failing mailbox is swapped for a healthy one instead of silently dropping your campaign.
The whole workspace, the assistant and every outreach screen work in both languages.
Why artists choose this workspace
Good to know
No. This is a music-industry outreach workspace. It does not sell streams, listeners, followers or playlist placements.
No. Spotify Monthly Listeners is an independent product name and is not affiliated with or endorsed by Spotify.
The imported library currently includes playlist curators, radio and TV, and music press and bloggers. You can also add and verify your own contacts for other music-industry audiences.
No. Library audiences are selected by category during campaign setup and are not exposed as downloadable lead lists.
No. Campaigns provide a way to contact relevant professionals. Recipients decide whether to reply, listen or feature a release.
Plans start at $49/month. Each plan has finite sending, contact and mailbox limits shown on the pricing page; higher volume requires a higher tier.
No. Every plan has finite monthly email/contact allowances and a fixed number of managed mailboxes and concurrent campaign slots.
The current imported library contains 22,113 unique, non-suppressed contacts across 13 categories. Imports are checked for syntax and domain mail routing; free-mailbox and shared-role addresses are marked as risky, and 53 addresses that failed the routing check have been suppressed. These checks do not prove that a mailbox exists or guarantee delivery.
Managed mailboxes are monitored and campaigns use plan limits. Inbox placement, opens, replies and recipient decisions are not guaranteed.
You can organize separate releases and campaigns in your workspace. Each account's lists and campaigns remain scoped to that account.
Checkout supports card payments and cryptocurrency where the payment option is enabled. Paid access is granted after payment confirmation.
Release mission
Mark the steps as you prepare. Your checklist stays in this browser session; campaign drafts are saved in your workspace.
A clear, simple workflow
Keep releases organized and campaigns human. Bring your music story; the workspace helps you manage the outreach.
Start a workspaceFilter the included music and press categories, or add your own checked contacts, when building a campaign.
Use the AI writer as a starting point. Add the track, artist, release context and a real reason it fits.
Choose a healthy connected mailbox, review the recipients and message, then create a paused draft or start sending.
See replies and campaign activity in your inbox. Every placement decision stays with the curator or outlet.
Release strategy
Prepare each campaign deliberately. The platform helps organize direct outreach; it does not promise listener growth or placements.
Name the release, its timing and the kind of professional who is most relevant. Match the message to the recipient's real remit.
Select playlist curators, radio/TV or music press in campaign setup. Bring your own checked list for other contacts such as booking or sync professionals.
Use an authenticated mailbox and sender identity intended for outreach. Protect your main domain and follow your mailbox provider's rules.
Use the assigned mailbox responsibly. Each plan has finite contacts, emails and concurrent campaign slots; there is no unlimited sending.
Use AI for a first draft, then add correct artist, release and audience details. Do not imply an existing relationship or promised placement.
Confirm the audience, subject, message and reply-to address. Save a paused draft if anything needs another review.
Review campaign activity and replies. Provider-reported opens or sends are not proof of inbox delivery, interest or playlist placement.
Promotion with integrity
We help artists and their teams connect directly with people in music. Our platform is for outreach and relationship-building, not artificial engagement.
Independent artists · Managers · Labels · Promoters
Manage music PR, playlist pitching, radio outreach, creator partnerships, release calendars and follow-ups from a shared campaign workflow.
For independent music businesses
Use the campaign tools as part of a service you operate. You provide the strategy, execution and client relationships; revenue and campaign outcomes are not guaranteed.
How we compare
Almost all of them work the same way: you pay, they pitch on your behalf, and they keep the contact. Below is each service's own published model beside ours. Read on 4 October 2026.
22,113 verified music-industry contacts across 13 categories are selectable inside campaign setup — radio, TV, music press and bloggers, playlist curators, labels and distributors, management and booking, podcasts, DJs and producers, and general press. You email them directly from your own identity instead of paying per person for a platform to pitch for you.
Every paid plan includes a managed, health-checked sending mailbox, so there is no SMTP server, domain or mailbox to buy. The pool is monitored and a failing mailbox is replaced automatically.
Your monthly verification allowance matches your monthly email allowance, at no extra charge. Invalid and unresolved addresses are held out before they ever enter a campaign.

USD per month. Every activated paid plan includes managed domain SMTP sending and email verification, with no extra charge for either. The monthly verification allowance equals the monthly email allowance and resets on the first day of each UTC calendar month. Contact-library audiences are selected inside campaign setup and are not downloadable as a library. Verification checks syntax, mail routing and known disposable domains; they do not prove that a mailbox exists or guarantee delivery. Sending, inbox placement, curator replies, playlist additions, streams and audience growth are not guaranteed, and monthly allowances are not a guaranteed throughput. Free trials are for exploring the interface only: no email verification, lead-list preparation/import or sending. Stripe renews monthly; crypto purchases cover one month and require manual renewal.
