Acceptable Use Policy

Last updated: 1 October 2026

You are responsible for your contact data, campaign content and compliance with applicable email, privacy and consumer-protection laws.

Contact recipients responsibly

Use an appropriate lawful basis for contacting recipients, identify the sender honestly, honour unsubscribe requests and objections, and stop contacting recipients who decline further messages. Do not bypass bounce, reply-stop or suppression protections.

Prohibited activity

  • Phishing, malware, impersonation, payment fraud or deceptive claims.
  • Unlawful content or attempts to obtain credentials by deception.
  • Using stolen contact lists, mailboxes, credentials or another customer’s data.
  • Bypassing plan access controls, provider restrictions or mailbox-health safeguards.
  • Campaigns that ignore recipients’ lawful objections or unsubscribe requests.

Account and infrastructure protection

We may pause campaigns or suspend accounts to protect recipients and sending infrastructure. A plan allowance does not guarantee inbox placement, throughput or sales. Trials cannot send emails.

Report abuse through our contact page. Include the relevant message or campaign details without passwords or private credentials. This policy forms part of our Terms of Service.
