Terms of Service

Last updated: 1 October 2026

1. The service

Spotify Monthly Listeners provides a workspace to import contact lists, compose emails, launch campaigns and read replies. Sending is performed from managed mailboxes or your own authenticated SMTP mailbox.

2. Your account

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information on your account and for everything done with your login, API keys and webhooks. Keep API keys secret; revoke any key you believe is exposed. You must be authorised to contact the people you upload.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the service to send:

  • • unsolicited messages to recipients who never had a lawful basis to be contacted;
  • • content that is unlawful, deceptive, or that misrepresents who you are;
  • • phishing, malware, or attempts to obtain credentials or payments by deception;
  • • bulk volume that ignores the recipient's express objection or an unsubscribe request.

We may suspend an account, or a specific campaign, to protect recipients or sending infrastructure. Campaigns are also blocked automatically when a sending mailbox is unhealthy.

4. Sending limits and deliverability

Volume is limited by your plan, by mailbox reputation and by provider rules. We do not guarantee delivery, inbox placement or a specific result. New mailboxes are ramped deliberately.

5. Plans and payment

Every plan can be tried without payment, but free trials cannot send any email, including test messages. Sending requires a verified paid upgrade or an explicit complimentary access grant from the super admin. Plans at $18, $38 and $78 include one SMTP and one active campaign at a time; $198 includes two, $498 includes five, and $1,000 includes ten. More SMTPs allow parallel campaigns; they do not guarantee a particular speed or inbox placement.

Card subscriptions renew monthly unless cancelled through the billing portal. Cryptomus purchases cover one month and require manual renewal. Plan access changes only after payment verification. Fees for a period already used are not refundable except where required by law. See our Refund & Cancellation Policy for cancellation instructions and billing help.

6. Content and data

You keep ownership of your lists, emails and replies. You grant us the permission needed to store and transmit them to operate the service. We handle data as described in our Privacy Policy.

7. Availability and liability

The service is provided as-is. To the extent permitted by law we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability is limited to the amounts you paid in the previous three months.

8. Changes and contact

We may update these terms; material changes will be reflected in the date above. Questions: Contact support.
